From the reviews
Took my middle schooler here for his birthday. He loved it, and so did I. They're pretty good at getting everyone setup and their equipment works great. Do the balls hurt when they hit you? Yes, but it's just enough to make you avoid getting hit.
Brought my 13 year old son here for his bday with a few of his friends. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful, not sure where the hateful reviews are coming from. They took the time to talk to my son about different types of air soft options to buy in the future and what to stay away from.
Employees Vincent and Brandon were awesome, very friendly. Everyone there was nice but still competitive, overall a great experience. I went with my dad and friends for my 18th birthday and stayed 5 hours.
I’ve been coming here for a few months and I’m super impressed with the professionalism, how the field set up, the game modes, as well as how Vincent handles newer players and experience players and it’s overall a super chill environment.
Birthday parties at Awaken Arena Austin
Awaken Arena Austin hosts birthday parties — confirmed on their own site. Laser tag parties usually come with a party host who runs the games, wrangles the group between rounds, and handles setup and cleanup — so parents can mostly watch the mayhem. Packages typically bundle a set number of games with a party room, pizza, and drinks, and many venues add private arena time for bigger groups. One thing to plan for here: a signed waiver is required — send the venue's waiver link to the other parents with the invites, or check-in day gets slow. Packages, party rooms, and pricing change often, so check the current options and book ahead — weekend slots go fast at popular arenas.
Adult laser tag at Awaken Arena Austin
Awaken Arena Austin comes up for adult play — adult nights, leagues, date-night sessions, or corporate team events, going by reviews and the venue's own info. Adult sessions mean full-speed games without dodging seven-year-olds, and venues that run them often take group bookings for work outings. Schedules vary a lot venue to venue, so check the calendar or call before you rally the squad.
