I came here for my daughter's birthday party and even though they had just opened they did absolutely everything they could to make sure we got everything we needed! DJ and Ethan worked very hard to make sure the birthday went off without a hitch!
I had such an amazing experience! I came in with my two- and three-year-old by myself while being eight months pregnant, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and patient with me. That alone meant so much. This is such a great amusement play place — my kids had SO much fun!
We had the pleasure of working with Carmen at the Big Best in Games in Warren tonight. She was very helpful, patient and accommodating to my family. I will definitely be back. I really love all the new games and attractions that the new ownership has brought to this location.
