When here with family, customer service less than friendly. There were 6 of us & we requested a second lane and the refused us , and there were plenty of on lanes. The place was had a weird smell inside.
They have done a great job making the bowling fun, videos above the pins, food service. The only negative is that the arcade stuff is over priced. People are going to spend what people are going to spend. Let them have a little more fun for their dollar.
Ok ppl I waited to sober up b4 writing this one. Had a wonderful nite couldn't of asked for better. Had my 40th bday here I reserved 3lanes and was 😬 about the price. But here I am the next day saying it was well worth it. IVY Hudson treated us like V.I.P and was very costumer friendly and helpful.
We were proud to leave bowlero with a wide smile, and a great memory to always remember. Kayre was personally great and respectful toward our party. She made our experience overall ten times better. When we had problems, she came over with solutions.
