⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently hosted a team appreciation event at HeadPinz Fort Myers to kick off the summer season, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the initial planning to the day of the event, the staff was incredibly helpful, organized, and attentive.
HeadPinz is an amazing place for a fun night out! The customer service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. We reserved the VIP section, and everything was clean, organized, and well-maintained, which made the experience even better. We ordered the pretzel sticks and a pizza, and both were absolutely delicious.
Last minute decision to celebrate my son’s birthday at Headpinz went absolutely perfect! From the staff on the phone helping me reserve a day before, to the party server Giovanni who was a star employee, to the food that was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere full of activities!
Bowling was fun, laser tag was fun. Nearly every arcade game was broken and the ropes course thing wasn't open. We ate at Nemo's beforehand and it took an hour just to find someone to order food which was insane and sub-par when it did get there.
