They showed up on time, had a staff person at the inflatable slide for the entire event who was fantastic, and cleaned up quickly. Very professional. Everyone had a great time!
Our face painter, Felicity, did an amazing job at our daughter's fifth birthday party!! She had plenty of options for the kids to choose from for face/arm paint. The kids were so excited to go back for more paint throughout the party. She was so kind and patient with all the children.
I trusted hero's for my son's fourteenth birthday party. Boy, did they come through. party was a home run all the kids had a great time! What was great for me is I didn't need to bring anything. We literally went to their facility had the party and left. No clean up nothing.
Hero's Party Experience has consistently been my go-to company for all of my inflatable and entertainment needs. I've tried to work with a half-dozen other companies and have been let down by shoddy communication, blatant lies, and a general lack of interest in receiving my business.
