I celebrated my son’s 8th birthday today playing laser tag and the kids had a blast. The facility was clean and well organized, the staff were all so attentive and helpful. They had a special going so we could add the arcade to our party and I was so glad we did the kids loved it.
We had Lasertron host our son‘s birthday in March of 2026. The process to reserve a party was very easy. The communication with Lasertron both online and in person was exceptional! The staff is friendly, welcoming, helpful, and attentive! I would have Lasertron host another party in the future!
The food here is way better than it has any right to be, the activities are fantastic and well planned, the staff is knowledgeable and kind (especially to a member of our party with a developmental disability), and the place is overall easy to book, easy to use and easy to play. Fantastic experience for all involved.
I decided to have friends join me for my birthday at Lasertron in Henrietta. It was a decent size group and there were a lot of moving parts. When I first reached out via the online form Brandy got back to me immediately. She made sure everything was taken care of for me and did not miss a single detail.
