This past weekend we enjoyed the grand opening festivities. Our boys (7 and 4) had the best time. Staff member Kenzie went above and beyond for us. She welcomed us and answered all of our questions. She explained the jump zone, wrist bands, arcades, etc. oh, and she never stopped smiling!
Great place to go if you wanna get the kids out of the house for a day, especially for rainy days or really hot days. Bowling lanes and video games are available as well as an obstacle course air hockey and of course, pizza and snacks.
I recently had a party at Launch Family Entertainment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was organized, fun, and incredibly well managed. It was clear that the staff genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a great time.
Absolutely loved this place. Had the opportunity to speak with the owner or one of them and was very impressed with the entire operation. Staff was great, and everything was put together. So much fun and bigger than you expect when you walk in.
