Had to make an unplanned travel stop for winter weather with two toddlers and this place was a gift from God. Well-trained staff had the answer to every question. Everything we needed was available. Swimwear, floaties, they even provide kids a free swim diaper for the water park.
We stayed one night here with littles under 8! If you plan to get in early and use the waterpark day of arrival and from 9-1045 ish the next morning it’s honestly plenty of time in it! Waterpark is small enough to let kids who know how to swim off on their own, much less stressful than big waterparks.
This is one of the friendliest and service oriented hotels I've ever experienced outside of an international resort. Employees were genuinely greeting guests and wanted to help. It was clean, not crowded and very family friendly.
Our Family of 5 went here for a Sunday Funday and had a great time! The water park was decent and the kids had a lot of fun. The life guards on duty were amazing and super on top of it. They rotated zones and were really attentive, very safe! Wasn't too muggy inside and didn't have the overwhelming smell of chlorine.
