We got the private party (29) people with two private missions for my son’s birthday. Pros and then cons so please read all! Let me start by saying my son and his friends literally had a BLAST!! I played the first game with my son and the arena to play tag in is really nice and spacious.
I had an amazing time at this laser tag place! Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the incredible staff. Key and Crystal Ruby went above and beyond to make sure our group was taken care of and our friend’s birthday.
Booked my son’s birthday party here without seeing the location in person, and I’m so glad I did! The online booking process was simple and easy to follow. Communication with the staff both after booking and in the days leading up to the party was professional, clear, and thorough.
So I don't do this that often but this place is 100% a 5 five star attraction. The staff made our trip great (4 children: 13, 11, 9 and 7 and 2 adults). The price was worth the amount of time. The place was very well maintained and clean. Even with a party going on they managed perfectly.
