Edited [1/26/26] to add: The manager here is so awesome and saved my daughters birthday party! With a snow storm on the way, but 12 kiddos super excited for this party, I didn't want to cancel. However, I talked to another girl multiple times that day, (maybe the assistant manager?
I'm all about customer service, when it comes to food, adventure, hotels, or anything. I don't care how nice a facility is out how many bells and whistles. If the customer service is lacking, it brings the entire experience down. Quantum leap not only excels in customer service, the facility is top notch.
I brought my son here for a friend's birthday party, and I have to say, it's pretty incredible to see. It's got everything a good bounce house needs: giant trampolines (duh), a foam pit with swings over it, and the always fun dodgeball arena! But that, however, is only on the surface.
Tonight was first time trying this place and honestly couldn’t be happier to have found it. We were looking specifically for laser tag and came here after deciding not to wait almost two hours for a game at another establishment close by, Quantum is far better in terms of pricing and the vibe inside is more welcoming.
