Great Family Experience! This was our second time coming to Spare Time, and honestly, I’m impressed all over again. About two weeks ago, we had a small issue, and the GM handled it beautifully. She didn’t argue or make excuses, she just listened and said, “Let me fix it.” That alone spoke volumes.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Spare Time Pineville has become one of our family’s favorite places, and the biggest reason is the people. The level of service we consistently receive is something that’s hard to find these days. A special shoutout to Julius, Faby, and Alex — they are truly exceptional.
I came with a group of kids and they all had a blast! They did bowling and arcade games. It was a half off day but the games seemed to still be $2 each! I only had the brownie sundae and I was extremely satisfied.
We love spare time! There’s something for everyone and it’s clean and well kept. The staff is always kind and attentive especially Destiny who’s a happy face as soon as you walk in! She was so kind to my nephew encouraging him to do the Easter scavenger hunt and answering all of our questions!
