Ridge is the best employee. Helped me out on the rock wall when I was too scared. Very kind and professional, brings a great vibe to the atmosphere. Deserves a raise for the great service he provides every time I’m at surge! Also runs laser tag very well and helps my siblings get on their vests
Demi was an excellent party assistant. She constantly checked to make sure we had plenty to drink, clearly explained how our arcade games worked, brought the meal on time, and answered any of our questions. The party room was clean and prepped upon our arrival. We had a great time.
Great customer service from Steven, Dennis, and Natalie at the climbing wall station. They helped my kids feel comfortable climbing, coached them as they tried, and encouraged them to go higher. We had a blast!!
We had our 2022 Bank Christmas Party here and it was an absolute blast! Great food, great atmosphere, great staff and great service! I want to give a big shout out to Brad who helped me plan the event down to the T, as well as Stephanie for helping with every question or need I had while we were there!
