Many games do not work or have the proper balls or equipment needed to play the games effectively. You will spend a few times waiting in line to get your tokens back on the games that do not work. My kids and I have given this place many chances and it seems to get worse not better.
I love going Monday through Thursday after 5pm. They have this awesome sale that starts at 5pm and goes to close. And you can purchase it how ever much you want! $40 play card for $20! It's the only time I take my kids. So much cheaper for people with big families!
I'm going to leave my old review below but feel obligated to update it because our experience today was so much improved I've changed the 2 stars to 5. My wife said it was the best experience she's ever had at an arcade.
