Last-Minute Birthday Party Saved by Willie and ULTRAZONE! I'm thrilled to share our amazing experience at Laser Tag with Ultrazone! With only a few day's notice, I needed a venue for my son's birthday party, and Willie, the owner, came to the rescue.
Came here yesterday. We were assisted by one of the females. She was great. They were busy but I appreciated her honesty and letting us know we would wait 10-20 minutes. ( I dislike when staff tells you it will be 5-10 minutes when in reality it is not).
Ultrazone is a great place for laser tag if you want short games. I came for a family member’s birthday, and there was a cool arcade that we played out while waiting. It offered claw-grabbers, ticket machines, and even a fun deal or no deal. The party room was upstairs and was pretty good and big.
Emma the assistant manager goes above and beyond with her customer service! If management is reading this, please give her a raise! By far one of the most helpful persons there. I would recommend this place for the family. A good equipment up grade is recomended because the quality of our experience is effected dearly.
