From the reviews
My family is from Chicago and we were looking for something fun to do with the kids I stumbled across Updown on Groupon but couldn’t use the deal because today was Saturday but once we arrived for my 3 kiddos for an hour it was still reasonable 2 toddlers and one big kid.
I went here this past weekend for my stepson’s birthday who is 10 years old and I also brought my three year-old son, my 15-year-old stepdaughter and my wife. We had an absolute blast, even though it was very crowded.
What an absolute blast with the new addition of the soft play section! We visited during toddler hour and there were only a handful of other toddlers with us! It didn’t feel crowded and honestly as an adult I enjoyed the soft play section more than the trampoline section!
We've been here twice the last 2 weeks. It has a lot to do and is well kept but golly those rules on the wall don't mean anything to the staff. I saw like 10 kids of the ninja course when there is suppose to be 1 at a time, the employee could not have cared less.
Birthday parties at Updown Trampoline Park
Updown Trampoline Park hosts birthday parties — confirmed on their own site. Laser tag parties usually come with a party host who runs the games, wrangles the group between rounds, and handles setup and cleanup — so parents can mostly watch the mayhem. Packages typically bundle a set number of games with a party room, pizza, and drinks, and many venues add private arena time for bigger groups. One thing to plan for here: a signed waiver is required — send the venue's waiver link to the other parents with the invites, or check-in day gets slow. Packages, party rooms, and pricing change often, so check the current options and book ahead — weekend slots go fast at popular arenas.
