From the reviews
Kids always love this place! It’s kept fairly clean compared to other locations visited and other brands. All employees that we have interacted with have been friendly and patient. This location is fairly new and all activities are still looking great. Virtual games and laser tag are unique to this location.
The party at Big Air was a really fun and easy experience overall. From the moment we arrived, everything felt organized and well prepared, which made it simple for everyone to just enjoy the celebration. The kids had a blast the entire time, and the space kept them entertained with plenty of activities and energy.
Decent prices on food, beverages, & entry. My kiddos are too little to do more than trampolines & ball pit. But they loved it. My son has profound autism & loved the low lights. Wasn't too packed on a Sunday either.
When I’m lost for what to take the kids to do on a weekend to get them out the house, Urban Air is always there. For my 2 girls (8 and 3), I usually end up spending around $100 for food and their passes to do everything they want on the “deluxe pass” side of the building.
