This was our first time at Zap Zone and we hosted a birthday party there for our son. It was such a great experience from start to finish. Very impressed with their communication before the party and during. Emily was our coordinator and she was so kind, organized, and not pushy.
We had an amazing birthday party for my 7 year old yesterday! The 16 boys had a blast playing and the staff was great. We booked two rooms to accommodate all of us and the doors opened to combine the rooms into one big space. Thank you to Emily G and Aidan J and all the rest of the staff at Zap Zone Waterford!
Me and my husband brought a group of 9 crazy kids in today, first time at Zap Zone, we dealt with i believe the names were Shannon and Devin (could be wrong) both managers along with another front staff lady, younger with glasses. AND LET ME TELL YOU!!! the customer service was the best ive had in years!!!
